The Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) is a hassle-free tool for diagnosing the present state and preferred state of organizational culture, developed by professors Robert Quinn and Kim Cameron. OCAI is a validated instrument, based on the Competing Values Framework, and used by thousands of companies worldwide. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to measure the current as well as the preferred culture.
You will be asked each a set of questions twice in this survey. The first time you are asked to rate each statement based on the PRESENT state of the organizational culture or the "NOW" state. The second time you are asked to rate your PREFERRED state of the culture within your organization.
Assessing each aspect, you divide 10 points among four alternatives. Give a higher number of points to the alternative that is most similar to your organization and less or no points to the alternative that is least similar to your organization. Take the assessment in one go, without interruption.
