Workshops & Retreats

We cater on-site workshops and off-site retreats to your organizations challenges and intentions, with the goal of igniting the fuse within your Executive and leadership teams. We seek to inspire transformational thinking in dealing with the implications of the modern organization by bringing our own experience, research, and knowledge and through listening to yours. We act as a collaborative partner and facilitator, teaching beyond the point of a lecturer to engage and enhance organizational thought and practice.

Our workshops and retreats will often begin with an assessment – a dialogue of the current challenges facing your organization. Through focused and flexible discussions, we will conclude the session with concrete and identifiable [next steps].
